【 Febrare S】Heavy prize race of JRA. They are Tokyo Racecourse, dart 1600 meters, and mixture, fixed quantity, and GI's conditions by four years old or more. The antecedent is handicap war Febrare H of GIII. It was promoted to GI in 1997 after it promoted it to the fixed another war of GII as the dart race route was maintained and the center and the local exchange race developed. This race is an important race to a powerful horse that faces the Dubai World Cup, and it is scheduled to be ranked to international GII race in 2007, too.
